LCCA Pre-Season High Performance Camp Pre-Season Preparation | Skill Refinement | Match Readiness The LCCA Easter Half Term Pre-Season High Performance Camp is designed exclusively for current LCCA players and serves as the final indoor preparation phase before the outdoor season begins. This 3-day high-performance camp will focus on sharpening technical skills, developing match readiness, and preparing players physically and mentally ahead of the transition into outdoor training and match play over the following weeks. Players will train within their age-group squads, following the LCCA high-performance pathway, in a focused and elite training environment. Daily Programme Overview Each day will include: Dynamic warm-ups & strength and conditioning High-intensity fielding fundamentals & position-specific work Technical batting drills & scenario-based practice Role-specific bowling clinics Scenario nets with a white-ball focus Tactical awareness, game understanding & competitive challenges These indoor sessions are specifically designed to bridge the gap between winter training and outdoor match cricket, ensuring players are physically primed and technically prepared for the season ahead.
