Daily Programme Overview Each day will include: Dynamic warm-ups & strength and conditioning High-intensity fielding fundamentals & position-specific work Technical batting drills & scenario-based practice Role-specific bowling clinics Scenario nets with a white-ball focus Tactical awareness, game understanding & competitive challenges These indoor sessions are specifically designed to bridge the gap between winter training and outdoor match cricket, ensuring players are physically primed and technically prepared for the season ahead.
