LCCA Pre-Season High Performance Camp – Girls U13–U16 Pre-Season Preparation | Skill Refinement | Match Readiness The LCCA Easter Half Term Pre-Season High Performance Camp for Girls U13–U16 is designed exclusively for current LCCA players and serves as a final indoor preparation phase before the outdoor season begins. This 3-day high-performance camp will focus on sharpening technical skills, building match readiness, and preparing players physically, tactically, and mentally ahead of the transition into outdoor training and match play during the following weeks. Players will train within their Girls U13–U16 performance group, following the LCCA high-performance pathway, in an elite, focused, and supportive training environment. Daily Programme Overview Each day will include: Dynamic warm-ups & athletic development Strength, movement efficiency & injury-prevention work High-intensity fielding fundamentals & position-specific skills Technical batting drills & scenario-based practice Role-specific bowling clinics (pace & spin) Scenario nets with red-ball focus Tactical awareness, game understanding & competitive challenges These indoor sessions are carefully structured to bridge the gap between winter training and outdoor match cricket, ensuring players are technically sharp, physically prepared, and confident heading into the season. Following this camp, players will transition into outdoor training blocks and match-play programmes across the next two weeks as part of the LCCA summer pathway.
